The VL self-lifting stacker helps prevent musculoskeletal disorders (MSD)
It considerably reduces loading and unloading time and improves the operator's comfort thanks to a fully autonomous technology that allows the stacker to lift itself into a truck (watch the demo video)
One single person can operate the stacker, no additional help or equipment is needed
Three versions are available: VL MINI, VL PRO, VL PROMAX
These 3 versions have a 4.3" touch screen with multiple functions including weight indication, battery charge, etc. The lifting system is unique due to its grease-free lifting system (no leakage or maintenance required)
When lowering loads, there is an energy recovery system that doubles the battery autonomy
The battery is 48 V and requires only 3.5 hours for a full recharge
The protection class is IP 54
The dimensions of the forks are identical on the 3 models: 1200 mm (length), 540 mm (outer width), 210 mm (width between forks)
The turning radius is also identical: 1180 mm
The loading height makes the difference: 710 mm for VL MINI, 830 mm for VL PRO, 1350 mm for VL PROXMAX
The weight also differs slightly depending on the model: 180 kg (VL MINI), 200 kg (VL PRO) and 220 kg (VL PROMAX)
