The PTL pedestrian powered pallet truck series are renowned for its ergonomic, compact and maneuverable characteristics.
They are competitive and robust.
The German AC traction motor is powerful and maintenance-free.
Core components come from top brands (Kordel, Intorq, Wicke for instance).
This equipment helps prevent MSDs (musculoskeletal disorders).
These electric pallet truck have a travel speed of 6 km/h
It has a gradeability performance of 8 % laden and 15% unladen
Equipped with electromagnetic brakes
Load capacities change depending on the model: 2.5 metric tons for PT20L
Wheels are made of polyurethane (PU) and measure 230 mm diameter

With only 2 screws, the cowl can be easily removed for easy access to all components. Wheels and rollers can be easily replaced without a lifting device.
Each PT L series has a battery for a specific type of use: PT25L has a 350 AH DIN 3PzS battery (345 kg) with a standard side-mounted compartment for long operations and several shifts use.
PT L pallet trucks series chassis is extremely robust and its mainframe is 8 mm thick.
The stainless steel battery reduces maintenance costs and possible damages significantly.
Traction motor and brakes are well protected.
Zapi motor controller (IP54) is dust and splash resistant. Moreover, the controller on PT20L can be fully customized to meet specific user requirements.
