Compact but tough, this electric trans-stacker offers one of the best load capacities on the market: 2 metric tons on pallet truck mode or 1 metric ton at ground level plus 1 metric on second level when on stacker mode.
Equipped with an initial lift, its efficiency is increased by twofold compared to a common pedestrian powered pallet truck or stacker.
Lift / lower side buttons allow the operator to adjust pallet height without having to move around. Buttons can be used in turtle function for safe operations in tight spaces.
PT20I trans-stacker has a robust chassis and 8 mm thick mainframe that protects it from damage during intensive use in harsh environments.
Powerful AC Schabmümller motor provide maximum and smooth acceleration. The trans-stacker intelligent design protects the brakes and traction motor.
The hydraulic system remains static during lift and lower operations ensuring stability and safety.
The additional mast with loadback rest and a load capacity of 1000 kg goes up to 800 mm. It is the best solution to position the pallets at a correct working height to prevent operator from musculoskeletal disorders when performing order picking operations.
