Ergonomic trans-stacker with additional lift 2000 kg

PT20D electric trans-stacker functions well in horizontal transport of goods but also when loading and unloading lorries as well as stacking pallets up to a maximum height of 1600 mm to 2500 mm (depending on the model). It can carry two European pallets at the same time thanks to the initial lift.
This trans-stacker with additional lift is the ideal choice that combines handling and order picking.
The operator can position the pallets at a comfortable working height to pick orders and store goods.
PT20D is also equipped with lift / lower side buttons that allow the operator to adjust pallet height without having to move around.
Its 8 mm thick mainframe protect the stacker against damage from intensive use in tough environments.
Powerful AC Schabmümller motor provide maximum and smooth acceleration.
Compact but tough, PT20D offers one the best load capacities on the market: 2 metric tons on “pallet truck mode” or 1 metric ton at ground level plus 1 metric ton on second level when on “stacker mode”.
Raising support arms feature high ground clearance to enhance travel safety on walkways, ramps and uneven floors.
Visibility is increased due to its small overall height.
Rema's long ergonomic handle improves comfort and efficiency. It also guarantees the operator is at a safe distance from the trans-stacker during motion.
All components that need maintenance are within easy reach. The cowl has only 1 screw and can be easily removed.
The steering wheels and rollers can be easily replaced without a lifting device.
The standard and powerful battery of 210 Ah can be removed from the side for an easier replacement and maintenance. The stainless steel battery cover provides enhanced protection.
The hydraulic system remains static during lift and lower operations ensuring stability and safety.
