PS18TSL is a heavy-duty electric walkie stacker tailored to suit most stacker operations with maximum load capacity of 1.8 metric tons.
Also available with a load capacity of 1.2 or 1.6 metric ton (PS12TSL and PS16TSL – compare all three models through the technical documentation available for download)
PST18TSL are fitted with a DUPLEX or TRIPLEX mast depending on the required height.
Stacker operations are more reliable and faster thanks to the proportional lift system.
Equipped with a standard FEM2 fork carriage.

CAN-BUS technology eliminates the need for excessive wiring for high reliability. This technology eases diagnosis and settings on maintenance operations reducing maintenance downtime.
This electric stacker is equipped with a Zapi controller and a battery indicator with hour meter and error code display for an easy maintenance.
A robust chassis and 7,6mm thick mainframe protect the stacker and its components against impact collisions.
The stainless steel battery cover provides enhanced protection and limits possible damages.
AC motor can withstand dirty floors in working areas as components and brakes are protected from impacts.
The controller is protected against dust and splash (IP54).
The stacker and its components have been specially designed to perform maintenance with ease. With only 2 screws, the cowl can be easily removed for easy access to all components. The steering wheels and stabilizer casters can be easily removed and replaced without a lifting device.
The electronically controlled proportional lift and lower system ensures accurate fork positioning and stacking operations at each height. Proportional lift increases productivity specially when stacking heights are high.
