PS16L LI series are tailored to suit most walkie stacker operations and have a capacity of 1.6 metric tons.
These stackers are equipped with a DUPLEX or TRIPLEX mast depending on the lifting height

The structure has four points of contact for best stability.
Thanks to the initial lift, efficiency is increased by twofold compared to common stackers. Straddle legs provide high ground clearance for increased travel safety on walkways, ramps and uneven floors.
A long steering handle guarantees the operator is at a safe distance from the stacker and improves ergonomics. Its design ensures less operational efforts compared to short handle stackers. The long lateral handle and four points of contact enhance stability and visibility.
CAN-BUS eliminates the need for excessive wiring so that reliability is guaranteed. This technology eases diagnosis and settings on maintenance operations. Parts last longer with digital signals than analog signals.
Powerful German Schabmueller AC traction motor along with Kordel drive unit, lntorqe brake and Wicke steering wheels are the perfect combination to provide the best performance, safety and flexibility under any circumstances. Besides, they also reduce operating costs. AC motor is always ready for action whether it is a light or strong acceleration.
The stacker and its components have been specially designed to perform maintenance and servicing with ease. With only 2 screws, the cowl can be easily removed for easy access to all components. Wheels and rollers can be easily replaced without a lifting device.
A robust chassis and 8 mm thick mainframe protect the stacker and its components against impact collisions.
The stainless steel battery cover provides enhanced protection reducing maintenance costs and possible damages. AC motor design can withstand dirty floors in working areas as components and brakes are protected from impacts. The controller is protected against dust and splash (IP54).
